Britney Spears has reportedly settled out of court with a former bodyguard who has accused the singer of repeatedly flashing him.
In the 2010 suit, Fernando Flores claimed that the pop singer would intentionally drop her cigarette lighter when he was around so she could bend over to pick it up and “thereby expose her uncovered genitals,” reports TMZ.
According to the gossip site, the “X Factor” judge completely denies all his allegations but settled because she wanted the case to go away. The “modest financial settlement” reportedly did not cover Flores’ legal fees.

As Spears is under a conservatorship, the alleged settlement will have to be approved by a probate court before the deal goes through.
